Meagan Kinsella (Passon) opened Clear Creek Insurance Agency in 2021. Her insurance career began in the spring of 2019 as a Farm/Ranch CSR.  In the fall of 2019, she joined Farmers Union Insurance with Milk River Insurance as a Farm/Ranch Account Manager.  Meagan continues to work for Milk River Insurance as well as manage her own book of business.

Managing two books of business can have its challenges, but most of all it has grown her as an agent.  Meagan completed her Agribusiness Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) certification in October of 2024!  She specializes in Farm/Ranch insurance coverages but also enjoys Home and Auto as well as Commercial.  Her goal is to make everything as easy as possible for her insureds, and make sure they are properly covered.     

Meagan was born and raised in Havre on her family farm.  Meagan, and her husband Bryce, along with their daughter Emma, love to spend their time outdoors and traveling!  Any day spent together at her family farm, his family ranch, or exploring Montana is a good day!
